I, and my late wife, have been on the books of the surgery for many years. I cannot fault the treatment, care, kindness and professionalism shown to us. At all times we considered to be receiving attention over and above that we expected. One particular doctor stated that he was only doing his job but we felt that it was much more than that. I would like to express my gratitude for all that the practice offers and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. My only complaint, which is not of a medical nature, is that it would be greatly appreciated if there were not such a delay in getting appointments but conversely this only goes to prove how much all the staff and treatment are appreciated.

Having to ring the surgery twice this week, each time the receptionists have been extremely helpful. They could not have done more. The Doctors I saw were also very good , I have no complaints with this surgery, and both my wife and I have always had very good service. Long may it continue!

Reception staff helpful, tried their best to arrange the appointment I wanted. Pleasant on the phone. Got good care from the nurse. Dealt with promptly and well. No complaints at all about my care.

Simply brilliant in every department since i joined them 3 years ago. I have never had a more complete and efficient GP experience in the previous surgeries i have been registered at. I have seen 4 of the GPs, all excellent. Nurses for jabs and blood work, all excellent. I always get an appointment that is convenient for me both at the surgery and on the phone, although sometimes i have to wait a little longer than i would like. To be expected in a busy and well-regarded city surgery though and the receptionists often bend over backwards to help in time-sensitive situations. This surgery has flu-jabbed me on a saturday, had doctors call me to give me advice, given me occasional repeat prescriptions at a moments notice, and generally cared for me in a very reassuring manner. Just wonderful.
